I don’t believe you can understand someone just by reading their CV.
Who I am at work is shaped by who I am outside of it - how I think, how I connect with people, and how I show up every day. Teams are not just structures, they are relationships. And the way you work together matters just as much as what you deliver.
Outside of work, I move between calm and energy.
I became a certified yoga teacher because I value balance, focus, and being present. But movement has always been part of my life. I grew up doing ballet and played volleyball for years, which taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to perform under pressure. Lately, I have been exploring new ways to challenge myself, from horseback riding to training for a half marathon.
I am also deeply curious about the world. I love traveling, discovering new places, and experiencing different cultures, food, and ways of life. It reminds me how much there is beyond our own bubble.
I am happiest outdoors. Whether it is a quiet sunrise, a sunset, a hike, or a spontaneous picnic, I find a lot of clarity in those moments. And on the other end of the spectrum, I also love adrenaline. If you are looking for someone to go skydiving or bungee jumping with, I will probably say yes without overthinking it.
As a person, I value honesty and depth. I am the kind of friend and teammate who will tell you the truth, not to criticize, but to help you grow. I expect the same in return. I believe trust is built through transparency, consistency, and showing up for people when it matters.
I adapt quickly to new environments and different types of people. I listen, observe, and adjust. That is what makes me easy to work with, but also someone who contributes actively to a team.
At the end of the day, I care about doing things well, building real connections, and being someone people can rely on.
